Alicafe Tiga Rasa@Subang

On 16.07.2012(Monday), I was invited for food tasting at Alicaf? Tiga Rasa(www.alicafetigarasa.com.my), Subang Business Center. Thanks to Nuffnang for the warm arrangement. The restaurant is located at the place that we usually called Taipan and it just beside True Fitness and near to Citibank.

Alicaf? Tigarasa Restaurant is Power Root Berhad?s latest venture into the culinary business and it has been started since end of December 2011. It is specializing in Malay cuisines with their unique traditional Malay sauces ? Sambal Lemak, Gulai Lemak and Sambal Udang Geragau(Hebi-Hiam). Now you know why it called Tiga Rasa. You can select which sauce to cook with the choices of grilled ?ikan pari? and ?ikan selar?, grilled lamb chops, grilled chicken or grilled mix vegetables served in hot plates. They are having Breakfast set, Lunch set and Ramadhan set for the coming Ramadhan month.

Personally I love spicy, fried and oily food especially Malay, Indian and Thai food. I'm always grateful that I'm staying in Malaysia that can enjoy such variety of food. Alicaf? Tiga Rasa is providing cozy and comfortable English-Malay interior design for you to enjoy traditional Malay cuisines. Price is reasonable and it comes with different promotion for different meal time. Besides food, another attraction will be the coffee of Alicaf? or Tun Fatimah. It's one of my favorite 3 in 1 coffee and you can have it in the restaurant after your meal.
