I did the pelvic exercises for 3 consecutive days every after my dance workout and the pelvic pain have gone. I thought it was an infection but I guess it was just some muscle pain on this area.
Oh well, this is what we called "Sign Of Aging". But this won't stop me from doing my love for fitness. I actually slowed down my workout exercise a little for this week because of the pelvic pain. I did less hours of workout, but since the pain is gone, I will start doing the regular hours of my daily workout. I just need to remember to do a lot of pelvic exercises after the workout and before my stretching.
